You need protein in order to build muscle and tendons, make enzymes for digestion and other metabolic processes, to transport oxygen throughout the blood via hemoglobin, to heal and repair your body’s tissues and organs, to make hormones, and to rebuild the structural components of your body.

Diabetes, the pain that’s caused when you’re not being able to consume the foods that you have grown accustomed to eating. When informed about diabetes your first thought is usually what do I do?
